The worst purchase experience in life! Dealing with Youssef from Zillion cars was a nightmare. We filed a police report and we wanted our money back asap.
At first, we paid full cash over 2 days for a car. And we got it 14 days later!
He wasn’t responding to the many phone calls or messages for updates. So many excuses and many problems with the car as it failed the initial test because THERE WAS NO CHASSIS NUMBER! We had to wait for him to take proper action and get the number repunched on the chassis from the agency for a week!! When he finally called back because the police contacted him, he said he wasn’t picking up or calling back because he was SHY! Even when we went to see him at the showroom, he was never there. And when he said he will be there, he was ALWAYS late! He gave us a promise and swore by God so many times that he would deliver us the car under our house all ready and with plates, to make up for the delay. Of course that never happened.
Because of the delay and unreasonable disappearance and avoiding us, a paying customer… with no transfer letter in my name, no passed test, no chassis number, nothing, we were so worried and upset. Our plans got messed up, we had to rent a car, costing us money, gas, effort and time! When finally, we decided to take the car and drop the police report and case, he wanted me to go pick up the car to take it and register it from the showroom, I said no! We agreed he would bring the car to tasjeel village for the paperwork and plates, he was very late and claimed he forgot papers, and wanted me to pay the recovery car fees!!!
Ridiculous and unprofessional. Zero rating, zero customer service, zero respect and zero business management. You asked for a review, there it is.
